Official Tourist Office at Plaza del Triunfo, next to the Alcázar walls. The guide can be identified by an orange umbrella.
Accessibility
Adapted route, with limitations in some areas. Baby strollers are not allowed inside the palaces or the main gardens, but are allowed on connecting paths.

Children under 10 go free, but must be included in the booking. Pets are not allowed, except accredited guide dogs.

Monument tickets: non-refundable except in the specific cases covered by the Patronato. The management fee is not reimbursed.
