WHAT TO SEE AT THE ROYAL ALCÁZAR WITH THESE TICKETS
The core of the standard route is access to the ground floor of the palaces and the gardens. Optionally, the Cuarto Real Alto can be visited with a specific ticket.
Within the complex, the Mudéjar Palace stands out, with the Patio de las Doncellas and the Hall of Ambassadors. Alongside these are the Gothic Palace and the Casa de la Contratación, which belong to different historical periods.
The gardens are a key part of the visit, not just the final stretch: the Jardín de la Danza, the Jardín de Troya, the Jardín de la Galera, the Jardín de las Flores and the Mercury Pond.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES POLICY
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except in the following cases: cause attributable to the monument, an amount charged higher than due, a specific rule that allows it, or a legal restriction preventing travel.
Refunds are processed according to the Patronato's procedure. The management fee is non-refundable.

OPENING HOURS AND ACCESS
Opening hours are 9:30 am to 5:00 pm from October 1 to March 31, and 9:30 am to 7:00 pm from April 1 to September 30.
Clearing of the grounds begins at 5:45 pm during winter hours and at 7:45 pm during summer hours.
The monument closes on January 1 and 6, Good Friday and December 25.

Online or at the Patio de Banderas ticket office, which opens at 9:00 am. Only card payments are accepted at the ticket office.
