Guided visit to explore the Real Alcázar of Seville with the ticket organised from the start and the itinerary explained along the route through palaces and gardens.
With these tickets you can access the ground floor of the palaces and the gardens of the Real Alcázar, the core of the usual route through the monument. Depending on the option you choose, you can also add the visit to the Upper Royal Quarters, which has its own specific ticket within the complex.
The visit usually begins by placing the general layout of the complex, and once inside, one of the most recognisable parts is the Mudéjar Palace, with spaces such as the Courtyard of the Maidens and the Hall of the Ambassadors. This area holds much of the best-known image of the Alcázar and best sums up the palatial value of the complex.
From there, it is worth looking at other areas that show the Real Alcázar of Seville does not belong to a single period. The Gothic Palace and the House of Trade are part of that journey through different historical stages of the monument, which grew and changed from the Andalusí period to its later link with the Castilian Crown.
Another important part of the visit is the gardens of the Real Alcázar, which are not just the end of the route but a key area of the complex. Here you find spaces such as the Dance Garden, the Troy Garden, the Galley Garden, the Flower Garden and the surroundings of the Mercury Pond, which complete the visit and give a broader reading of the monument.
Real Alcázar of Seville tickets cannot be refunded once purchased. Only specific cases are considered, such as the visit not being possible for reasons attributable to the monument itself, the amount paid being higher than due, a specific rule allowing it or a legal restriction preventing travel and therefore access to the site.
If a refund is granted in any of these cases, it is processed through the procedure set by the Patronato of the Real Alcázar of Seville. In any case, the rules state that the management fee of the ticketing system is not refundable.
